This Privacy Policy explains how thodds.com ("THodds," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use this website, including our poker calculators, poker training tools, articles, Craps Academy pages, Roulette Trainer pages, and Prediction Markets.
THodds is an educational site with optional Google-linked fictional-point practice wallets. Account profile management is available when enabled. These practice tools do not involve real-money gambling. We do not knowingly sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Most parts of THodds can be used without directly providing personal information. If you contact us by email or another direct channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message content, and any other information included in your request.
Google sign-in provides an account identifier and email address used to link your practice wallet. We store authentication sessions, fictional-point balances, holdings, and an activity ledger. Google manages your password; THodds does not receive it. Secure cookies keep your wallet and sign-in session connected to your browser.
When account management is enabled, you can set a display name, a short bio, time zone, and sharing preferences. Public-profile permission does not itself enroll you in a competition. Authorized site administrators can review account and wallet records, correct profile information, and revoke sessions. Profile changes and revocations are recorded with an actor, target, time, and reason. Google callback outcomes are recorded separately for security reporting.
Optional account usage reporting is off by default. If you opt in, it records daily Prediction Markets page counts and submitted market search text. These aggregate records do not contain account IDs, raw IP addresses or session tokens. Search text can itself contain personal information; avoid entering personal details. Turning sharing off stops future collection by this feature but cannot identify your past contributions within aggregates. The feature respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This choice does not govern hosting logs or the separate GoatCounter service.
Account usage and sign-in reporting use a 30-day window. When reporting is activated, a daily retention job removes older records. Account modification audit records and the wallet ledger are retained separately for account integrity. Contact us using the details below about access or correction.
Some tools process inputs you enter, such as selected poker cards, board cards, number of opponents, pot size, bet size, fold percentage, equity estimates, or simulated game actions. These inputs are used to operate the tool you requested.
The main poker hand analyzer sends selected card values and opponent count to our server endpoint so the hand can be evaluated. We do not intentionally store those hand-analysis requests as user profiles or hand histories.
Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse. This may include IP address, request URL, date and time of request, browser or device information, referring page, and error log information.
We use GoatCounter for privacy-conscious website analytics. GoatCounter helps us understand aggregate site usage, such as page views, browser type, screen size, referrer, and general usage patterns. GoatCounter states that it does not store IP addresses, full user-agent strings, tracker IDs, cookies, localStorage, cache identifiers, or similar browser identifiers for normal analytics.
THodds does not use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. GoatCounter analytics is intended to operate without cookies.

Some tools include buttons such as "Share," "Copy Summary," or "Copy for Reddit." These features write text to your clipboard only when you click the button. THodds does not read your clipboard.

Aggregated analytics may be retained to understand long-term site usage. Server logs are generally retained only as needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and hosting operations.
Browser local storage is controlled by your browser and remains until you clear it or the site code overwrites it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the site and the limited information processed through it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
